Translator Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

All translators working with Tranzlatex operate as independent freelance contractors and are required to adhere to the following confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations:

1. Confidentiality of Client Materials
   Translators must treat all documents, communications, and content provided by Tranzlatex or its clients as strictly confidential. This includes:
   
   
   • Written documents, contracts, reports, and forms
     
     
   • Audio and video files for transcription
     
     
   • Any personal, sensitive, or proprietary information
     
     
2. Prohibited Use of Client Content
   Client materials may only be used for the sole purpose of completing the assigned project. Translators are strictly prohibited from:
   
   
   • Sharing, distributing, or copying client files
     
     
   • Using content for training, promotion, or portfolio purposes
     
     
   • Publishing any client information online or offline
     
     
3. Strict Non-Contact Policy
   Translators are not permitted to contact clients directly under any circumstances. All communication must be routed through the Tranzlatex project management team. Direct interaction with clients, including emails, calls, or messaging, will be considered a violation of this agreement.
   
   
4. Data Handling & Deletion
   All client files must be stored securely during the project and:
   
   
   • Deleted within 30 days after project completion
     
     
   • Removed immediately if instructed by the Tranzlatex team
     
     
   • Not backed up or retained beyond the permitted timeframe
     
     
5. Confidential Communication Scope
   Project discussions must remain internal to Tranzlatex. Translators may only discuss client content with:
   
   
   • Authorized Tranzlatex project managers or designated team contacts
     
     

Any disclosure of project information to unauthorized individuals is considered a breach of this agreement.

1. Compliance & Consequences
   Violations of this NDA may result in:
   
   
   • Immediate removal from the Tranzlatex translator roster
     
     
   • Withholding of payment for non-compliance
     
     
   • Legal action to enforce data privacy or recover damages
